The scope of the assignment is clearly agreed between the client and S&H so that expectations can be set, monitored and measured for delivery.

Clients are assigned an Engagement Manager who ensures expectations are met and has overall responsibility for an assignment’s delivery. This pragmatic approach sets realistic expectations, using quality consultants to deliver.
